Welcome to my website! For many years, I have been supporting couples and individuals who want to make their family life and their relationship as a couple more harmonious.
Sometimes families and couples get into an acute crisis. If you are in a conflict that you cannot find your way out of on your own, or if an acute event has triggered a crisis, you have come to the right place.
In my consultation we find out together what is hidden behind the problems and what possibilities there are to solve them.
My practice is centrally located in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel.

Sometimes it is an affair, a fling or falling in love with another person, which can trigger a crisis. Or it is long-simmering conflicts that seem to come out of nowhere due to a certain event or change in life circumstances.
Individuals and couples come and see me to find a way out of crisis and want to get out of a downward spiral of accusations, arguments and feeling guilty.
Sometimes it takes a professional and an unbiased look at the situation. Someone who does not judge. Someone who leads out of the drama and provides the best possible support in a protected setting. I am happy to take on this part.

I work with individuals and with couples. In couples counselling it can also be useful for me to talk to each partner alone.
